Moscow is going full China. Russians living in the capital city of Moscow are going full lockdown tomorrow to combat the Chinese coronavirus. As the Kremlin promised…there will be ‘electronic surveillance’ to enforce the strict quarantine.

Muscovites must now scan a QR code to go outside…but only to the grocery store, medical care, take out trash, walk the dog, go to the pharmacy, or work for instance.
