Hundreds gathered in the Macedonian capital of Skopje to demonstrate against a deal struck with Greece by the Macedonian government to resolve a long-standing issue regarding the name Macedonia, which both countries claimed. The deal calls for Macedonia to be renamed the Republic of North Macedonia, reported RFERL.
