Two homeless Russian women fell into an elevator shaft in a building that is under construction this afternoon. One died and another is hospitalized.
It is important to note that the Russian winter this year has gotten off to its coldest start this century and the economic sanctions imposed by the West combined with the falling oil prices have put tremendous pressure on Russia’s poor and homeless people.
