Protesters Block Highway Entrances To Kiev

TV channel “112 Ukraine” reports that activists partially blocked Odessa, Zhytomyr and Boryspil highways into the Ukrainian capital city of Kiev, demanding the adoption of the bill №5567, which will legalizes vehicles with foreign registration in Ukraine.  

 

A few hundred people gathered at 3 entrances to the city. They blocked the lanes, but promised not to block the movement completely. On the side of the highway they burned tires.

  

The National Police of Ukraine were warned and the event transpired without escalation.
