KYIV – Sources on the ground in Kyiv give their analysis.

The Usurper Zelenskiy

1. The usurper Zelenskiy is scheduled to visit London on Dec 8^th 2025 to receive new orders from his masters on how to end the peace deal. Preliminary, the peace deal is over, because Zelenskiy cited non-negotiable differences on the positions regarding the territories. 

Der Spiegel’s latest report points to a betrayal by the United States.According to leaked notes from a high-level call between President Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and President Zelensky, Europe’s leaders privately warned that the United States may be preparing to pressure Ukraine into territorial concessions without offering real security guarantees.

1. Last week, the usurper Zelenskiy gave a speech at the Parliament of the Republic of Ireland, the parliamentarians were ordered to give Zelenskiy a standing ovation.

4. Rumors are that on Dec 8^th Zelenskiy took Yermak on his presidential airplane to London. Thus, Yermak has escaped the leftovers of corrupted justice in Ukraine. Zelenskiy saved him.
5. Zelenskiy held 3 interviews with the candidates to replace Yermak. The candiates are Fedorov, Sviridenko and Budanov. All are puppets of Zelenskiy and criminal oligarch Pinchuk. Budanov is also a puppet of the British special agency.
6. Zelenskiy appointed Oksana Markarova, a criminal money laundered of US Govt money, former criminal Minister of Finance, former US Ambassador, as the new Chief Advisor on the Reconstruction of Ukraine.

Budanov, current head of Military Reconnaissance (HUR)

1. Attended a meeting with Zelenskiy to discuss the position of the Head of the Administration and become a co-usurper with Zelenskiy to lead the verticals established by Yermak. 
2. On Friday, Dec 5^th met with Russians, namely, Ushakov in Dubai. Cited “all is good”. Returned in silence. 
3. Budanov and several other generals obtain cash in suitcases from uknown sources outside of Ukraine. 
4. Otamanshina. This words stands for independent generals with their own military and paramilitary units that control specific, usually, non-defined territory of Ukraine. Several otamans receive money in cash from abroad. Tens for smaller otamans, hundreds of millions for larger otamans. Money is in cash.

9. Mirnograd — in a ring.
10. Dobropillya, which is 10 km from the front — is empty, and yesterday Russian DRGs entered it 
11. Kostyantynivka — is bursting at the seams, the enemy has already entered the outskirts.
12. Siversk — half occupied, battles are raging in the center.
13. Liman — under daily shelling by KABs, and the Russians are climbing into the suburbs.
14. Liman is under daily shelling by KABs, and the Russians are moving into the suburbs.
15. Svyatogorsk, 6 km from the front, is under attack day and night.
16. Kramatorsk, 16 km from the front, is under daily shelling, and drones are flying over the city.

Casualties and deserters

1. Estimated 460 thousand of deserters
2. Estimated >500,000 dead and >650,000 wounded and limbed
3. Mobilization plans have been increased from 20 thous per month up to 30 thous bodies per month. 
4. Zelensky and his puppets talk to increase mobilization up to 45 thous per month and decrease the age down from 25 y.o. to 18 y.o.

Budget of Ukraine

1. The Budget of 2026 was approved by the illegitimate parliamentarians of Verkhovna Rad with the deficit of USD 60 bln. This sum is forecasted and assumed to be financed by the European Union.
2. The financing from the USA has evaporated. President Trump stopped financing the war and money laundering in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian authorities, stealing from war, simply see no reason to ever agree to a peaceful settlement – Trump Jr.
