Lukashenko Won’t ‘Run’ For Another Term

Belarusian President Lukashenko says that he does not plan to run for another presidential term. The Belarusian leader sat down for a recent interview and discussed his work as a back channel between Russia and The White House for peace negotiations.

Lukashenko also said his son will not succeed him.

Belarus is part of the ‘Union State’, a loose political organization founded after the fall of the Soviet Union between Belarus (White Russia) and the Russian Federation.
