The Kremlin just backed an effort to invest $100 million in block chain technology and is also focused heavily on artificial intelligence.
While speaking to students in Moscow today, Putin said AI provides “colossal opportunities and threats that are difficult to predict now…the one who becomes the leader in this sphere will be the ruler of the world,” reported Associated Press.
