After visiting Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow, U.N. Secretary General Antonio Guterres traveled to Kyiv to also meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
Putin apparently didn’t care for what Guterres has to say as the Russian leader launched three cruise missiles into the Ukrainian Capitol city during the Secretary General’s visit. Apparently the targets were near where the two leaders were meeting in Kyiv. Guterres apparently declared public in Moscow that Russia was ‘at war’ with Ukraine, which is a banned phrase in the Russian Federation.
