Russian media is reporting that the managing director of the Russian space agency Rosskosmos was arrested for embezzlement. While his alleged crimes date back on his days in the aircraft manufacturer MiG, it is hard to ignore the fact that this action comes on the heels on the failed flight and atmospheric burnout of the Russian automated supply spaceship Progress on its way to resupply the International Space Station earlier today.
