On 18 August a Ukrainian drone strike targeted a oil depot in city of Proletarsk causing a diesel fire to break out.
According to sources on the ground, Russian air defence units repelled the drone attack, but falling debris struck an industrial warehouse and caused a fire.
Firefighter units were called to put out the fire by Governor Golubev.
