Kosovo Opposition Party Wins Snap Election

Politics continues to roil in Pristina, Kosovo, as the Self-Determination Opposition Party won a snap election.

Kosovo has been embroiled in a controversy with its old nemesis Serbia, over a possible land swap to supposedly ease tensions, but which many analysts will lead to war.

The movement’s leader, Albin Kurti, said he plans to form a coalition with the party that came in second, the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), reported RFERL.
