The Russian security services, or the FSB, has said it detained multiple individuals planning an attack on the Moscow Subway and major commericals centers. Four Islamic militants were arrested who had pledged allegiance to the Islamic State. A bomb-making lab was also shutdown on the outskirts of
Moscow.
Two of the militants were suicide bombers, one was an explosive expert, and the fourth was an ’emissary’ of the Islamic State. The terrorists all were from the Central Asian region.

Russia reported yesterday that a group of militants had been surrounded in Dagestan and were being ‘neutralized.’
Russian media published an unverified video of the Moscow raid.
