First Exit Polls From Ukraine

Initial results from the first round of the Ukrainian presidential election have come in and show comedian Volodymyr Zelenskiy ahead by a double digit margin over Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The two look to be headed to a runoff in late April.

The preliminary results of the National Exit Poll by several pollsters: Zelenskiy – 30.4 percent; Poroshenko – 17.8 percent; Tymoshenko – 14.2, reported the Kyiv Post.
