Canonical Orthodox Christmas In Ukraine

The Orthodox Christmas was celebrated canonically in Ukraine on January 7th, 2025.

The Ukrainian government officially changed the Orthodox Christmas this year to the 25th of December in 2024 after banning the Moscow-affiliated Orthodox Church.

However, the old believers remain of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

After the cessation of the current conflict, the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church will REMAIN the largest Christian denomination within Ukrainian borders and the historically important Lavras will surely be returned to them by the schismatic globalist, new calendar “orthodox” entity fomented by Zelensky and gang. It will be seen as having been a futile attempt at cultural annihilation to exact a political goal and collapse under its own faux “importance!”
