Kazakh President Tokayev has authorized ‘no warning-shoot to kill’ instructions for government forces battling protesters and what the regime calls ‘terrorists’ or foreign fighters.

President Tokayev has said law enforcement agents can use lethal force to quell the unrest that has engulfed the country – adding that he was ruling out any negotiations with “terrorists” in an address to the nation Friday, reported RT.

Earlier he had claimed there are 20k+ terrorists sparking the riots, including foreign elements, before stating Friday that they have killed hundreds of civilians and military.

Russian ‘peacekeeper’ forces also began arriving in country to help quell the rebellion. See the video below.

Gun battles have reignited in Almaty as nightfall emerged, the Mir-24 TV channel reported, reported Russian state news agency TASS.

According to the TV channel, eyewitnesses confirmed that clashes took place in the vicinity of Republic Square.
