Billionaire financier George Soros today pushed back against the government of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban by posting a scathing response on the Soros website outlining what he calls false allegations leveled at him in a state-sponsored effort to derail the agenda of his Open Society NGO and the other liberal entities it funds.
It is not secret that Soros has been behind much of the open border agenda in Europe and the US. His ‘progressive’ non-profits have also been actively enabling the migration of migrants into Europe from North Africa and the Middle East.
Soros detailed what he said were ‘lies’ and accused the Hungarian government of making a series of false statements. Orban has recently conducted multiple media campaigns against Soros and directed his intelligence agencies to ‘map out’ his network.
“The statements in the national consultation contain distortions and outright lies that deliberately mislead Hungarians about George Soros’s views on migrants and refugees…Hungarian government officials also falsely claim that George Soros is somehow controlling the European Union decision-making process,” read the statement on the Soros website, reported The Telegraph.
Soros described the Hungarian government’s accusations as an attempt to distract from “health care and education systems in distress.”
