We are saddened to see the decision of the Cabinet of the Ministers of Ukraine not to create “a Register of Oligarchs of Ukraine” signed on September 19th, 2023.

This decision was signed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Shmygal who is a Representative of the largest oligarch of Ukraine named Rinat Akhmetov. A complete puppet Prime Minister that acts on behalf of the oligarch Akhmetov and Pinchuk, who took millions of people as hostages in Ukraine.
As you see the corruption in Ukraine is on the state level. There is no state! No, there is a bandit oligarch-owned state of oligarchism. A country of oligarchism and banditism.
This decision creates a different environment allowing the oligarchs to be oligarchs and remain oligarchs in Ukraine. Ukraine has become a kleptocracy based on this decision of the Cabinet of the Ministers of Ukraine.
