This story is developing…

Tsarizm has been on the ground in Ukraine for a decade, and has built a strong network of sources in and out of government.

We can report tonight from a trusted source that 40% of Ukraine is now without power. The Ukrainian people are very angry with officials as the harsh winter approaches.

Millions of Ukrainians face the winter without electricity, water, infrastructure.

Riots could ensue.

We are also reporting from sources that the billions in aid sent from the West to Ukraine is not getting in large part to the Ukrainian people. The aid is not showing up in the official Ukrainian budget. It is feared that much is being stolen.

We have reported in the past that aid sent to Western NGO’s in-country in the past has seen 50% skimmed off the top, with additional grift along the way as aid is distributed. We fear the same is happening now.

We have reports that only 30% of military aid is reaching the Ukrainian military.

This is a comment from one source today — “I need 5000 camp mobile units with heaters.
Humanitarian catastrophe us coming. 40% of energy grid is down. Currently 4 centigrade in Kyiv. The winter has come. The government is not doing anything for the winter.”

Below is a video of power station being targeted by Russian missiles in the previous weeks. Rockets hit the electricity station near Vydubichi metro in Kyiv.

Not ALL people in Ukraine are getting help just yet, but some are–Zelenskyy and his cronies, the IMPORTANT people are receiving all the help they need (with 10% set aside for “The Big Guy”, of course), and the Ukrainian people will be satisfied just knowing their leader is safe and warm with a full belly and a couple of hookers…

that’s not unusual….billions of dollars are stolen in every US war….afghanistan, iraq, viet nam…..suitcases full of cash handed out left and right…..its terrific corruption but in war time all the normal laws are suspended

the ukrainians are going to have a tough winter with a lot of civilian suffering….this is where wars are won and lost, when the suffering becomes generalized in total war….the vietnamese people endured it for nearly 30 years continuous war and eventually they won……ukraine is still in year 1 of war

a big part of the problem is that strategically ukraine is not allowed to take the fighting onto russian soil for fear of upsetting the russians……normally in war ukraine would be sending nightly missile attacks on moscow electric plants every night same way moscow attacks kiev

My question is, “How much of the tax money that is not reaching the people of Ukraine is reaching the pockets of members of Congress, and members of the administration and their puppet-masters.”
It’s called money laundering, folks. That is what they have used Ukraine for for decades, along with bio-weapon labs.

Spreading Russian propaganda for American people, eh?
Ukraine is without power because Russians hit its civilian energy infrastructure with precision weapons after a false flag bombing of the Kerch bridge. Traffic on the bridge was restored within a few hours, with a damaged section being repeated in a few days. That was a pretext for the strike on civilian infrastructure to freeze Ukrainian civilians in winter.
There are no credible reports of foreign aid being pilfered by Ukrainian officials, except in Russian-aligned media and their plants in Western media.

As Tucker would say – Russia! Russia! Russia! when anyone points out corruption on the ground in Ukraine, which is one of the most corrupt nations on Earth. You give yourself away when you say “There are no credible reports of foreign aid being pilfered by Ukrainian officials”. — except that Ukrainian aircraft, with a Ukrainian crew, that crashed full of weapons in Greece? — Come on Man! Our reporting on Biden corruption in Ukraine has been shown to be spot on since 2019. We’ll stick to our reporting record, thank you. And, our sources are Ukrainians on the ground…tx for the comment. Nice try.

Sen Rand Paul was placed on a Ukraine ‘kill list’ for simply wanting oversight on the billions we are sending over in aid. I doubt the Republican leaders like McCarthy and McConnell….(pray they don’t get appointed into leadership)…..have the spine to stop the war aid when they take over Congress, but matbe we can have some oversight.

People should be pushing for negotiations, not more war.

This is so typical of dems sending money with NO OVERSIGHT!! Zelenskyy is a scammer and that money to “HELP” is lining his pocket, how else could he buy mommy a 1,4-million-dollar home in wartime???? He already owns several MULTIMILLION dollars homes himself! He is selling the munitions to our terrorists there, already factual. And he is laundering money to send back to the dems and I am sure some Repulicans. So will someone PLEASE tell these war monger dems STOP SUPPORTING UKRAINE!!! The money is not helping the people at all!!!!

Did anyone actually believe the money would help the people? LOL! This is more of Biden’s private dealing. FJB is using American tax dollars for his own bribes and dealings.

Oh yeah, good old “Reliable Sources” providing the numbers, as usual. When you can name official sources and provide actual proof, get back to us, okay? Just because I’m reading something you wrote doesn’t make a word of it true.

The Russians just recently start their newest war crime of targeting civilian infrastructure i.e. electrical power systems and you now bemoan the results of that fact. Man you need to curb that instant gratification gene. Unlike you and your ilk, so richly represented in this comment section, I will not sacrifice the people of Ukraine to your pathetically interjecting American politics, Russian propaganda and the NWO paranoia into the conversation. What kind of human beings are you and yes FJB.

What the Russians are doing has no bearing on Ukrainian corruption and the grift of aid that is going on internally. We have reported often about the actions of the Russian military, and even was mentioned in the article you deride. Your snarky retort does not change the fact that Zelenskiy and the Ukrainian government are corrupt, despite the fact you don’t like anyone talking about it.

People in that part of the world are resourceful and learned not to depend on their government for anything. I will bet most of them have gardens and can can enough food to last the winter and their homes are built to protect them though the winter.
