“Essentially, all restrictions have been lifted. Restrictions on mass events remain in place, but one can attend sports events under the condition that people comply with certain modern standards. Therefore, we are actually going over to our regular work, and, of course, the economy is of paramount importance for life of our region,” he said at a meeting with deputy prime ministers and the heads of urban districts.
