As news slowly escapes from China that the government holds over one million Muslims in ‘re-education camps’, news also is leaking about forced abortions in the Middle Kingdom.
Gulzira Mogdin says she was among several ethnic Kazakh women in China who were forced to have abortions. Dozens of Kazakh families have said their relatives have been detained and sent to reeducation camps in China while traveling back and forth to the country’s Xinjiang region, which borders Kazakhstan, reported RFERL.
Families also protested outside the German embassy for help in finding their relatives in China interred in the camps.
