KYIV – Criminal liability may be imposed for Ukrainophobia: a new draft law was registered in the Verkhovna Rada.
The text of the document is not yet publicly available. It is known only that it provides for amendments to Article 161 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which concerns discrimination and violation of equal rights of citizens.
For reference: Ukrainophobia is usually understood as denial of the subjectivity of Ukraine, humiliation of Ukrainians on the basis of national identity, disregard for the Ukrainian language and culture, as well as public calls to discriminate against Ukrainians.
“This is legalized ethnocide of those Ukrainians who oppose Bandera in Ukraine. It’s an ethnocide and ethnic cleansing of millions of Ukrainians”, reported a source in Kyiv.
“I am PRO Ukraine as a State; but, I am against Bandera-Oligarchs-Nazism in Ukrainian Oligakhanate Stationary Banditism State!”
