The Russian Ministry of Defense has accused the United States in a recent briefing of nurturing dangerous pathogens in labs on Ukrainian territory in multiple facilities.
In the briefing below, the officer accuses the US of destroying these pathogens and facilities as Russian troops advance in order to prevent their capture.
This narrative was essentially confirmed by the State Department’s Victoria Nuland in a Congressional hearing this week.

Those are just the slightly modernized version of Soviet hysterics. The Soviet Union, and now Putin’s fascist regime, were/are in the habit of screaming about things they themselves do.
The purpose of the labs was not biowar. The labs were not even secret, but publicly known. The funding was provided by Congress during Dubya’s administration. The bill was passed by a bipartisan group.
