The government of Ukraine released a vide shown below which outlines its version of the events that recently took place in the Sea of Azov as Ukrainian naval vessels were attempting to pass through the Kerch Strait, the bridge over which joins the Russian mainland to the Crimean peninsula which Russia annexed in 2014.

Russia says Ukraine violated its territorial waters; the ships and their crew were seized. The crews remain in detention.
Ukraine says it was trying to exercise its legal right to use the waterway in accordance with international norms.
As Tsarizm has written, although clear Russia is definitely harassing Ukrainian shipping, it seems the incident was manufactured by Kyiv to possibly prevent the meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump at the G-20 meeting in Argentina which was scheduled shortly after the incident.
