A surveillance video emerged perfectly showing the bomb explosion targeting Ukrainian MP Ihor Mosiychuk who was hospitalized but with injuries that were not life-threatening. Mosiychuk is a member of the populist opposition Radical Party. His bodyguard and a passerby were killed, reported RFERL.
