UPDATE 1815: Russian Telegram Channels are reporting – The media reported that IS (banned in Russia) allegedly claimed responsibility for the attack on Crocus City Hall. Most likely this is a fake – the announcement used a template that the Islamic State has not used for several years. The terrorist group’s official channels make no mention of the attack.

UPDATE 1735 EST:

REPORT: 5 natives of the Ingushetia republic have been put on the wanted list on suspicion of involvement in the attack on Crocus City Mall. Tomorrow marks 5 years since the ISIS caliphate fell.

UPDATE 1600 EST – Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Maria Zakharova is blaming the EU for the attack in the Moscow press. At least 5 gunmen escaped after the terror attack. The US/UK warned Russia about looming attacks, and Russian President Putin called it a provocation at the time.

Gunmen opened fire inside the Crocus City Hall concert today, reports are 40 dead. The facility is similar to Carnegie Hall in NYC.

US and UK diplomatic services warned Westerners to avoid large crowds in Moscow several weeks ago, according to sources in the Russian capital.

An explosion and fire was also reported.
